Urd so can he liable to Pay RCM on this Transaction.

Yes he is liable for reverse charges but please explain product which he is purchase
Plywood, Plywood Table,couch of plywood.
RCM is to be paid only on specified goods purchased from a URD. Not every purchase from URD is liable for RCM
