Revenue stamps on cash payment

Hi,

Is cash collected at petrol pumps liable under stamp duty.

As hugh cash is collected at petrol pumps in small amounts, do they come under stamp duty act 1977.

What about digital transaction like Paytm, UPI and other net banking payments.

Please clearify.
