We are collect Rs. 1/- from employee and paid to revenue department, it is a correct procedure? (Salary transfer from bank)

if salary is paid through cheque / direct credit to the account there is no need to pay any stamp duty. If amount is paid in cash then only stamp duty is need to pay...
