Revalidation issue

Well I am facing a weird issue. I just got my admit card and it says that i need to revalidate my registration. 

As per the ICAI rules, Revalidation is required after 5 years ! However, only 1 year has passed since my registration to CA final. 

Any seniors or peers can throw some light on the same?
