I have revalidated registration but REVALIDATION DATE BOX is not appearing in in online exam form
What to do ?

Dat will not show anything..you simply write d date wen u apply for revaildation....

I think in form dere is one more column in which u are asked ur 5 yrs expired or not...after u click on dat...dat date box will open automatically
