As per the norms that we follow in Assam. The annual return in form 2 along with the treasury paid challan for the annual fees and the Factory licence Certificate we have to submit the same to the Cheif Inspector of Factories on or before 1st December every year for the renewal for the next year. please note that if sent after that then are certian small penalties imposed for the same.
please note: this is the system we practice in assam.
