GST registration done in Aug17 but as of now no transactions made in that GST. In this case nill retun is mandatory or not? Pls confirm

Returns required on August month... You ll be file GSTR 3b, GSTR 1, GSTR 2 and GSTR 3.
If no transactions file as NIL return...
