If it is business income and you are not opting for presumptive taxation then you have to give details of expenses in the form of profit and loss statement

Expenses related for itc taken should be should in returns and the other expenses are accounted in trading, profit and loss A/C.

Only eligible itc if expenses can be taken in 3B for claiming ITC.
