We have got a notice to file return u/s 153A of the Income tax Act. Is there any specific form to file return or we need to submit the original return again, as there is no change in income after the search.

You need to file return of income u/s 153A.
The return can be same as original return or any other income can be added. All that depends on findings of search.
However in case nothing is found then the orignal return is reproduced same as rturn in response to notice u/s 153A which is verbatim the original return.
This can be filed in same itr as it was filed earlier - say eg: ITR6 / ITR4 / ITR 2 etc ....
