mera ek client mujko pucha hai jiska turn over less than 20 lakh , gst return submit jorurot nehi hai? ye sehi hai keya, koi notification aya hai please suggest me

Agar 20 lac ke neechi hai toh registration jaruri nahi hai .... haan lekin agar if he registered , even though his turonver is less then 20lac , filing of return is mandatory

mera area mei ek big fertilizer dealer hai, yusi admi nei all retail counter mai bol diya return vorna joruri nehi hai, app ka turn over 20 lakh ka bich mai hai... gst no ka bina fertilizer shop se counter machine nehi on ho ra hai.
