Depends upon number of commission transactions and its quantum.........
But prima facie you can file ITR 1.

Is there any TDS deducted on commission ?
If deducted then under which section ??
if TDS on commission is not under 192 then it's not your salary income and ITR 3 you will require to file. For commission income ITR 4 is not applicable.
