filing Gstr 3b three monthly return nil does not result in any action by department as delay in business to start.

Client have filed GSTR 3B FOR TWO TIMES NIL. Again want to file nil return as Business start to be delayed.

As per Sub clause (d) of Section 29(2) of CGST , the taxpayer who have not commence his business within in 6 month from the date of registration , the Registration can be cancelled by Proper officer .
Its means you can file atleast 6 Nil returns
