For 1st Quarter of 2015-16 there is service tax Charge for 2 months April n may is 12% and June its 14%.
How the 1st Quarter return should be filled?
Please advice as early as possible.

make two lines for each entry
from B2.15 add lines for each type of tax rate seperate ( excel utility)
or if u fill online then add lines under tax rate, tax calculation and tax payment
1st line for 12.36%(april-may) and 2nd line for 14%(june)
