any body can accept of filing of return, under the act there is no specifyng list of persons who can file the ROI so an advocate can also do so.........
As Per Income tax Act yet there is no Specific Provision Regarding the person Authorised to filing returen,any one ,Assessee can also fill his own returen, if he has knowldge for the same
