Return of DVAT

You have submit your return in form 16 along with vat liability payment proof form 20. You have to file return after 28 days of tax period.  I m not sure about penalty but I think its Rs.100/- per week or 1 % per week whichever is higher.

Can anyone tell if a dealer who is filing DVAT Returns monthly Turnover above 5 crore...if  turnover falls below 5 crore...How can dealer move to Quartely Returns...tell me the rules
