Return of allotment wrongly filed

Sir,

        The company received application money from two people. One for 90000 by X and other for 8000 by Y. But the allotment was done incorrectly i.e. 8000 to X and 90000 to Y. The same is filed with RoC and Income Tax. Is there a way with which we can file the revised Form 2 without any fee to MCA. And will it have any effect on Income Tax? Kindly revert back at the earliest. Awaiting for the reply.
