Under list of allottes format which gives Table A, B, C, D details to be included.
In our company all share amounts paid in cheques now pls suggest me where should I include these details whether in Table B(which says shares issued for cash) or Table C (which says shares issued other than in cash) pls clarify this.

Share amounts paid in cheque is considered receipt of consideration in cash only. Accordingly details are to be filed as per Table B.

Yes, it is considered to be issued in Cash.
The above specification is given to diversify the allotment in Cash or in Kind.
