Which form (s) to use for Filling return for AY 2010-11 (i.e FY 2009-10) ?????
also Provide me 1) Fill-able PDF return form
2) Non-Fill-able PDF Return Form
3) Excel Utllity Tool (by Income Tax department) for Efilling of return through Govt Site ie Efilling.

he told me there is no change.....
so file return as per A.Y. 2009-10

No form yet notified for F. Y. 2009 - 10 relevant to A. Y. 2010 - 11. The same are yet to be notified.

As per Income tax Act 1961, it is not necessory that , one should wait for the completion of
end of the financial year , then file the return of income, Especially in case of person , who is leaving India (and going abroad) for indefinate period, such person can file the rerun of income , anytme during the FY. even it could be the Month of april of Finalcial year also .
and now see , The full financial year has ended , and no forms has been notified yet .
This is india !!! and this happenes only in India.
and thats why , indian are known for the "jugadu" attitude all over the world.
