Assessee has income from Business u/s 44AD and Remuneration income (active partner) from a partnership firm. Please suggest which ITR form to be used for and how Balance sheet will be filled up?

File ITR 4

ITR 4 not eligible for active partner; File ITR 3 u/s. 44AD.

Yes.... I agreed to Mr/Mrs/... pd23071997.

ITR 3 is only applicable to a Partner (if he/she is partner in any partnership firm.
So, File ITR 3 and Show your incomes as per requirements...

ITR 3 is applicable to Partner. All other Forms not applicable.

Sir, while filling itr 2 in excel utility updated on 1 Aug 19, the residential status condition and benefit u/s 115h option locked. I am unable to select options from dropdown for these two columns. Please help, suggest.
