please help if I can file my current GSTR 1, when previous month GSTR 3B is pending?

If any sale required in 3B then wait to file gstr1.. Before you can file 3B then file gstr1. If no sale previous month then u can file gstr1.

let tell you, we have pending 3b return for may due to non payment of GST. but we have to file gstr1 today or tomorrow for June month.
therefore I had ask if we can file Gstr1 without filling last month GSTR 3b

Yes u can the sale as per same 3B calculate and tax also tallied over the gstr1

You can file GSTR 1 without filing GSTR 3B
After payment of gst, you can file GSTR 3B
After payment of gst, you can file GSTR 3B
