income for AY 2018-19 is 24500 . Can I file a ITR ?? now . then what penalty attract??

You can file now by paying a penalty of Re. 1000.

you can file either ITR 1 or ITR 4 without paying ate fee. your income is below 2.5 lakh. no late fee.
