If the person dont want to claim his TDS on FD interest & his income is also below 2 lacs, is It Return is compulsory for him to file??

There is no cumpulsion when your having income below 2Lkhs. But i suggest you to act smartly as the amount deducted is your earned income and if it is not taxable then you should cliam it from government.
