If there is no refund claim, you can file ITR for AY 2022-23 under sec. 139(8A) of IT act. (i.e UPDATED RETURN)

As I said, wait for excel utility to be released for AY 2022-23 to file return u/s. 139(8A) of act.

when you go through File Income Tax Return & After select the Assessment year , you will got the section filling type , there has a option where you can select 139(8A)

For, Jason showing saved but not saved
This is simple process. Follow steps for json Generate
First off all "Go to controll Panel and left hand side "Turn windows feartures on or of" option will yor show then click on it and bracket will be open i.e widows feature' then click on "+" on Net fram work and enable all 2 check point,then click 'Ok" Now it could be searching after this click on "Let windows update" After downloading require complete, and changes will be appear on screen.
After this 2 step have to be done
Go to Googel and type "dotnetfx35.exe" then ok, you will appear "Microsoft.Net" Click on it and click on dowload.
After this on file will be downloaded and Click on Righ click and select as "an administrator " then ask for permission 'click "Yes ", After this process you can generate your json file. Go to excel utility and click on "calculate Tax" and Generate Json, after saved screen you will be got on related address.
