In what manner the change (you wish to do) is going to change your tax liability?

It is not going to change my tax liability but get rid of financial statements as you said I have mentioned Chartred Accountant & Auditor I have to correct it

You may file rectification request u/s. 154, after receipt of intimation u/s. 143(1). or any assessment order.
