My Company ITR return filed on 01.10.2012, actual due date 30.09.2012 i .e ONE DAY late
is there any problem for the late sibimission of ITR return

interest u/s 234A would be reqd to be paid. Also if tehre is an loss for that A.Y. then it can't be c/f to next A.Y.
