Yes, you will get refund after completion of assessment. But it is advisable to revise the return and claim the refund after adjusting the TDS against your tax liabilities.

Unless you file a revised return claiming the TDS amount which is refundable.. department wont be keen to refund u that :)

Since, ur TDS has not been claimed, you won't get refund..........
It is advisable for you to file a Revised return and claim TDS refumd...........
