Return file for partnership fiem

Can I file nil return for FY 2019-20 without the firm being audited, if the firm have turnover of 58 lakhs?

I mean tax audit is not mandatory, chk 44AB

There is no audit requirement but return filing is mandatory for Firm - partnership firm and proprietory firm.
