IS THERE ANY WAY TO FILE THE RETURN WHOSE TIMELIMIT EXPIRED ? EVAN AFTER TIMELIMIT FOR BELATED RETURN EXPIRED.

Belated return can be filed i.e with in 1 year from the end of the assessment year.

Dear Ameet,
Once time limit of belated return gets expired then assessee cannot file voluntary return for that year........
However return can be filed in pursuance of notice...

Belated return should be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y....
