If a person choose quarterly filling of return then he has to file Gstr 3B monthly or Quarterly .

GSTR 3B has to file monthly irrespective of periodicity of GSTR 1

If his tax liability is nil then he has also pay fine of rupees 100 per day for late filling of Gstr 3B

20 per day if nil return

Normal taxable return - 50/day, Nil returns - 10/day as per revised figures
