FY 2017-2018 turnover is 19 Lakhs but filed NIL return , can file in FY 2018-2019 ? of Turnover do Rs.19 Lakhs

There is no revise option in GST returns.
If can show your missed out invoices in next GSTR 3B returns.

Have you filed GSTR 1???? If not you show all sales in GSTR 1.
