RETROSPECTIVE REGISTRATION TRUST

I have applied for Registration of trust by 2019 and the application was cancelled due to not answering the queries on time.
Last year after application, I received provisional Registration for the trust for 3 yrs.

My trust is formed in 2002.
Can I get my Registration retrospectively?
This provisional Registration acts as a permanent Registration??
