Section 149(6) is applicable on only
1. Public company and
2. Private limited Company which is subsidiary of a public Company (Deemed Public Company)
1. Public company and
2. Private limited Company which is subsidiary of a public Company (Deemed Public Company)
but in case article provides so private Ltd may shall follow
