22 June 2016Our company's 3 directors will be retire by rotation and we will reappoint them but one of directors do not want to continue the position of director in future then what is the provision of cessation of that director according to Companies Act, 2013 ???

Collect resignation letter from director
File DIR-12 with ROC within 30 days along with resignation letter of director from the date of receipt of notice of resignation letter or the date mentioned in resignation letter whichever is later.
