10 October 2014Hi All my sister got demand notice because she doesn't mentioned the correct TDS while filing the return.So i Rectified the return and mentioned correct TDS of 2 employers.But again she get Demand notice.CPC is not considering one employer TDS.What to do now?

First Check the 26AS, whether both employer's income shown in 26AS statement,if yes then submit form 26AS with reply to CPC. if not, revised the TDS return accordingly.

FIRST CHECK 26AS
ALSO MAKE SURE THAT U WRITE ALL ENTRIES OF TDS WHILE FILING RECTIFICATION.................I AM NOT SURE BUT I GUESS RECTIFICATION IS ALLOWED ONCE.........SO U CAN CONTACT THE ASSESSING OFFICER

Both employers Income is show in 26AS.

You might have to write to your AO with all the supporting documents enclosed and present the whole case. If the AO says to rectify the return u/s 154 again, then do it.
