Every retailer who has registered ,have to issue invoice for any taxable commodity valued more than INR 200.
If the commodity in exempted then he has to issue Bill of Supply
If the retailer is not registered then no need to issue any invoice
If the commodity in exempted then he has to issue Bill of Supply
