1. can we purchase from any of the states.
2. if I get registered with gst, how to surrender gstn.
3. should I have to file return of gst even after having less turnover.

if u take composition scheme in GST. u can purchase from any state. but u can not sell good to other state.
after u get registered u become a normal tax payer then u have to file return and also have to pay the gst. it does not matter the turnover is less or more.

You can purchase from any states. 2 you can surrender if turnover is less 20 lakhs on gst site 3 yes you have to file returns once u regd.
