Ret error st3 form- registered assessee

Dear Member,

We have registered with the www.aces.gov.in website and received the user id and password. After logging to the website, we are unable to upload the ST-3 excel utility as the RET tab is disabled. what is enabled found is only the REG tab. Is there an procedure that we have to given an request letter to the SErvice tax department for getting the userid and password separately?

Please clarify.
