Ret error st3 form- registered assessee

Dear Member,

We have registered with the www.aces.gov.in website and received the user id and password. After logging to the website, we are unable to upload the ST-3 excel utility as the RET tab is disabled. what is enabled found is only the REG tab. Is there an procedure that we have to given an request letter to the SErvice tax department for getting the userid and password separately?

Please clarify.

If u r an existing user that means u r not fill yor st-1 through aces then u have to send an written application to dep in annexure-A, it is available on ca club India either cbec side, then dept will send u a link and u can avail that facility.
