Resumission in company incorporation
Hello Concern I have applied for company incorporation and it has been marked for resubmission for the following reasons; Liability clause in MOA is incomplete. Private company's definition is not mentioned in AOA. Top heading on AOA subscriber sheet is missing. Please give solution regarding the same
