Pass Percentage for Nov.' 10
PCC:- Both Grp - 12.02%, Grp 1 - 21.39%, Grp 2 - 26.12%
IPCC:- Both Grp - 18.03%, Grp 1 - 21.78%, Grp 2 - 30.88%
