5% rate supply by resturant through Zomato and Swiggy will be paid by Zomato and Swiggy on behalf of the resturant.

Technically it is not exempted or nil rated. just zomato is paying on restuarant behalf. which is why I'm confused.

Yes, the department has suggested reporting the above-mentioned supply in Table 8 of GSTR-1 and Table 3.1 (c) of GSTR-3B, for the time being, vide its circular dated 167/23/2021-GST dated 17th December 2021
