Restore your membership...FOR CA's

The Council in its 278th meeting held from 13th to 15th May 2008 decided that the members whose name stands removed due to non payment of membership fee, be given an opportunity under the above general amnesty scheme, to apply for restoration of their names, irrespective of the period of such removal, retrospectively on payment of applicable membership fee for the year during which the name was removed and the year in which the name is restored, together with fee(s) for intervening year(s), if any, along with Form ‘9’ and the additional (restoration) fee of Rs. 1000/- As for the Certificate of Practice. The Council decided that the same be restored /issued afresh from the prospective date, i.e. the date on which the application for the same together with Form `6` and related fee is received (in entirety)
