A restaurant (shop selling sweets, snacks, farsaan etc) is to be opened . Whether it should be opened as a proprietary firm or a pvt ltd company ?

it depends on scale of operation, for big one, co. must be formed.

Start as a proprietorship concern.Since it is easy to start and operate.

best way is to start with proprietorship and in future it can be converted into pvt.ltd
