I owns a Restaurant and is in Composition Scheme, I have a Banquet hall also.
- Am I liable to charge GST to guest for Banquet hall.
- Customers are asking the bill for Banquet hall. Can I give the bills, if so at what rate.

No , the composit dealer cannot collect tax , only can issue bill of supply
