Response to sec. 143(1)
Filed revised return with out giving response to sec. 143(1).wt to do is it mandatory to that.

The original will be processed as per suggestions, which will be difficult to change afterwards.
In case the revised return is without any such defects as suggeated in the original........ you have chance of win, otherwise again same query will be raised.
In short ..... don't leave any chance of rectification of the original as per the query.
In my opinion...now u can not file revised return as your return has been processed...now u have to reply agst intimation u/s 143(1) through rectification under section 154
Already revised return filed with out giving response, return is filed with one adjustment.
