There is no section for this.
For a certified true copy of the resolution signature of one director or CS is more than enough.
Some time bank officials demands that certified true copy of the resolution (in connection with bank resolutions) should be signed by 2 directors.
But for other ministerial and ROC purposes one sign is enough.

Dear Sanjay Ji,
I think Ankur Ji has explained the answer in very clear manner..
Somethings are not written n the provision but the same is taken as the customary says..
e.g. use of the word Private or Pvt or (P)....
In the same way, a certified true copy of the resolution signature of one director or CS is more than enough. However if signature of Minimum two directors are required then out of the two, one should MD (if any)..
