"Resolved That pursuant to section 237 of the Companies Act, 1956 the Members of the Company hereby declared that the affairs of the company ought to be investigated by an inspector appointed by the Central Government and the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby directed to forward the copy of this resolution to the Central Government for necessary action."
