Need a draft resolution for addition in authorized signatory of the Company....its not change but addition of one more signatory.

u need to pass a b.res. in supersession of the earlier res.
use the old res.(passed earlier appointing authorised person/s to operat the account) but with the additonal name.
Write that it is in SUPERSESSION of all prev. res.
