In a private limited company, Board resolutions copy to be given to bank for registration as corporate internet subscriber. There is a column of Resolution No. and Date of Resolution in the bank form.
Date of Resolution, no problem, it is passed on 17th March,2015. But as far as Resolution No., it is said, there is no need of Resolution No. Only date is sufficient. Please let me know whether there is no need of Resolution No. for private companies, What should be written in the column of Resolution No.
