board resolution for authorising a director to file a form with ROC
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT .......................Director of the company be and is hereby authorised to do sign/digitally sign all such necessary e-forms and returns as may be required under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under and amended time to time for giving effect to the aforesaid resolution.”
