Authorisation to file statutory e-Forms

“RESOLVED that directors and Company Secretary of the Company be and are hereby severally authorized to sign in physical or digitally the various statutory forms and documents as and when required under various statutes under various authorities and with Registrar of Companies.

This resolution is for general authorisation in favour of director or CS. Put it in the board minutes of the company.

If the certified true copy of this resolution needs to be submit anywhere then any director of the company can sign certified true copy of this resolution.
